I love pesto. It's the hallmark of summertime. Walk outside, pick basil, arugula or whatever you have, whir in food pro with nuts, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, toss it with pasta and you've got a meal made in heaven. My husband made this batch w/ arugula and cashews. DELICIOUS!
And, in other good news we ate our first tomato yesterday. The photo below is from our crop last year. We hope we have as good as or better this year!
