Little Bee Thai, Arden

May 11, 2009 by my1stwordwaschocolate

We were coming home from an event and were famished. I had heard lots of rumblings about Little Bee Thai in Arden. It's a very authentic Thai takeout joint in an Exxon on Sweeten Creek Rd. It sounded right up our alley.

They had fresh caught black drum, so we got that in a red curry sauce, and spicy noodles with chicken. The curry came with rice and we decided to get shrimp and crab rolls too. The fish was perfectly cooked and a nice match for the spicy curry sauce. The spicy noodles had the perfect bite to them and came with fresh sauteed veges. I loved the shrimp and crab rolls, their website (

http://littlebeethai.com

) describes the filling, "Baby shrimp, crab, cream cheese, celery, green onion  served with plum sauce".

Everything was delicious. We were so hungry, that I forgot to take any pictures. But, definitely worth a trip to this little jewel!
