Mmmm, Shrimp and grits is one of my favorite dishes. To make this dish, I cooked the grits with chicken stock and water, salt and pepper and finished them with chives. For the shrimp I added finely minced chives, lovage and mixed salad greens.
When I arrived home from work there was a wedding present on our doorstep. It turned out to be a wok, so I got to use that for the shrimp. It was like Christmas in April!
